Our highly skilled Operatives utilise specialist equipment from leading construction manufacturers such as Hilti, Tyrolit and Husqvarna which ensures reliability, quality and safety. All of our Operatives are CSCS Approved with Level 2 NVQ Qualifications, fully trained and competent in all aspects of the work they carry out such as PASMA, IPAF and Asbestos Awareness. Along with SMSTS Trained Management, SSSTS Supervisors and our in house qualified IOSH Certification.

We are proud of our long-standing accreditations including compliance with The Common Assessment and PAS 91. THE HISTORY OF BAKER DOUGAN LIMITED

Baker Dougan Limited was founded in 1983, initially named R. A. Baker (Southern) Limited. Mr Baker a former Diamond Driller by trade used his invaluable knowledge and experience to develop and manage his own company. In 1996, with the business growing rapidly a merge was agreed to form Baker Dougan Limited.

This merger relinquished in 2006 with Mr Baker remaining the sole director of Baker Dougan Limited. With the addition of Mr Baker’s son, it is now a family run company which has continued to progress with repeatable contracts and an expanding client base across Southern England. Baker Dougan Limited remains a reputable and well established business within the Construction Industry.
