FLOOR SAWING
Baker Dougan Limited operate using 3 phase electrical and diesel powered Floor Saws. The diversity with both machines means that we can tailor the project to meet the requirements of our Clients.
Floor Saws are commonly used during Construction and Demolition projects. The specialist Diamond tipped blades are able to cut through solid horizontal surfaces such as slabs, concrete and pavements up to 870mm thick.
All of our Diamond Floor Saws have manufacturer fitted blade guards, meaning a safer method of cutting. They produce a low level vibration which makes them ideal for environments where disruption needs to be kept to a minimum.

CHASING
One of our most requested services at Baker Dougan Limited, our highly skilled Operatives and market leading equipment ensure that clean, precise chasing is produced quickly and efficiently.
Chasing is commonly used within Construction projects to create channels and boxes in walls, ceilings and floors for cables or pipes to run through. This method can be used on various materials such as reinforced concrete, brick, block, masonry and stone.
Limited dust and debris is produced during Chasing and the minimal amount is controlled and extracted with vacuum equipment. Making it virtually a dust-free solution for finished areas of a project. Unlike other cutting methods, Chasing can also be carried out dry as it does not require the use of water.
